Loretta has over 30 years of high-quality corporate experience in financial crimes, employee investigations, conduct risk management, and internal audit. Prior to transitioning to consulting in late 2019, Loretta was the Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Investigations at Wells Fargo. She was appointed as the leader of that team during the sales practices remediation work and led 200+ investigators and contracted resources to manage the significant increase in employee investigation volumes, all while under extreme scrutiny by audit, senior leaders, and of course the regulators.
Prior to leading Internal Investigations, Loretta held various senior level positions at Wells Fargo within Corporate Security, Risk Management and Audit. She has extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing sustainable risk management programs including establishing related policies and procedures, training, key activity reporting for Board of Directors and senior leaders, global incident reporting and case management systems, quality assurance, and compliance processes. She has developed comprehensive programs for ensuring compliance with regulatory financial institution reporting requirements specific to the Bank Secrecy Act and Suspicious Activity Reporting specific to fraud.
Since joining Rezolvrizk, Loretta has collaborated with clients to apply her professional experience and expertise to assist in addressing their various risk management needs. Her extensive corporate career combined with strong leadership skills have uniquely positioned her to contribute to the success of other organizations. She has strength and passion in the areas of conduct and fraud risk management, investigations, strategic planning, problem solving, and program documentation.
Loretta maintains certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and Certified Fraud Examiner. She has an accounting degree from North Dakota State University.
